After a discharge, or when a cylinder loses pressure, your critical room is unprotected until the system is recharged. Fire Cloud repairs, refills and recharges FM-200 (HFC-227ea) and Novec 1230 cylinders through a UL/ULC-listed clean-agent recycling and refilling facility.

From collection to reinstallation

1. Collection and inspectionCylinders are collected from site and inspected, with the agent, weight and pressure recorded.
2. Agent recoveryAny remaining agent is recovered for recycling — nothing is vented to atmosphere.
3. Cylinder and valve serviceValves, seals and gauges are serviced or replaced as required.
4. Refill and superpressurisationThe cylinder is refilled by weight and superpressurised with nitrogen to the manufacturer’s specification.
5. Leak check and labellingEach cylinder is leak-checked, labelled and documented.
6. ReinstallationCylinders are reinstalled and the system is checked by our engineers.
