Fire-rated walls and floors only work if every hole through them is sealed. Cables, pipes and ducts added by other trades are the most common reason a compartment fails — and a frequent item on Civil Defence snag lists.
We survey each penetration, select a tested system that matches the wall or floor and its rating, then install, label and photograph every seal. Our metal works team fabricates and installs Kahramaa substation doors, handrails, gates and fences in-house.
