Civil Defence–approved steel doorsets rated up to 180 minutes to BS 476-22, together with fire rated timber doors, ironmongery and intumescent seals — manufactured locally and supplied with full approval documentation.
A fire door is only as good as its weakest part
A fire door is tested as a complete doorset — leaf, frame, hinges, lock, closer and seals together. Swap one component for an unrated one, or install it with the wrong gaps, and the rating no longer holds.
We supply complete Civil Defence–approved doorsets with compatible ironmongery and seals, manufactured locally to your opening sizes and installed by our own team, with the approval documents your consultant and Civil Defence will ask for.
